LRPD mouthpiece appears to have problems with paternity lawsuits - Does all his paycheck go to OCSE?

Does Mark Nelson, a/k/a, Mark Edwards hold the city record for paternity judgments?

Court records reveal that Mark Christopher Nelson, who uses the alias Mark Edwards, Kris Jordan and Marky Mark, appears to hold the record for the Little Rock City employee with the most paternity judgements.

We found court filings here in Pulaski County that has Marky Mark being named as the father in five (5) cases. No telling how many others there might be in other states.

Here they are in chronological order:

Case #1 (2001) - Male child born in 1994.

In this case we discovered that Nelson/Edwards has yet another alias, KRIS JORDAN.

Case #2 (2009) -  Female child born in 1996.

Case #3 (2012) - Female born in 2012.

Case #4 (2012) - Male child born in 2007.

Case #5 (2018) Female born in 2006.

In Case #5, you see that the OCSE wanted Nelson/Edwards jailed for non-payment of support and he has to appear in court on February 8, 2021 to show cause why he should not be thrown in jail for non-payment of support.

LRPD has policies about such non-compliance with the law and court orders. Why has he not been suspended or terminated?

Why does the LRPD chief have a thing for sketchy ass folks like Nelson/Edwards.

Perhaps it's purchased loyalty.

Back in 2010, Nelson/Edwards was featured in a story in Little Rock Family magazine. The story only mentioned four of his children, with his wife at the time and two out of wedlock ones.

Nelson/Edwards wife had enough of his infidelities and divorced him in 2014.

Nelson/Edwards is untrustworthy and should not be the spokesman for any government entity.

LRPD Chief to speak at illegal venue on MLK Day

Iniquitous LRPD chief does not believe court orders, regulations, rules or laws apply to him

Russ Racop -01/18/2021

The LRPD chief is scheduled to appear and address an invitation only crowd at Nourish Wellness at 9015 Kanis Road (the old LRFD fire station).

This business is not zoned as an event center and such an event violates city of Little Rock Ordinances.

To hold events such as the one set for today, a Condition Use Permit application would have to be filed with Little Rock Planning and the application would have to be approved by the LR Planning Commission and then by the LR Board of Directors.

No such application for a zoning change has been made the LR Planning Department apprised us last week.

Additionally the Arkansas Department of Health requires such events to be approved by them due to the medical pandemic.

The city business license for Nourish Wellness is in the name of Autumn Causey.

According to court records, Causey also uses the names Autumn Garcia.

Web sources also indicate she also uses several other names.

Causey is employed by the State of Arkansas.

Like LRPD Chief Humphrey, Causey has issues with paying debts.

According to the Arkansas Secretary of State, the registered agent for Nourish Wellness is Latoya Bouldes and she and Tina Gomillion-Wesley are coprorate officers.

Like the LRPD Chief and Causey, Bouldes has some issues with personal finances.

In addition to the illegal use of the site as an Event Center, it appear that an unlicensed Fitness Center is also operating at the location.

Why is  the LRPD chief associating with these sketchy folks?

What actions will the city take?

Stay tuned for updates.

Local TV reporter has harrowing experience with LRPD mouthpiece and files complaint

Russ Racop - January 10, 2021

LRPD mouthpiece Mark Nelson a/k/a Mark Edwards - Ill suited for public employment?

On December 11, 2020, KATV reporter Shelby Rose sent iniquitous LRPD chief Humphrey an email requesting an interview.

Instead of receiving a response from the chief or his assistant saying okay and setting up a time, Rose got a terse denial of access to the chief from Nelson/Edwards.

That denial is in direct conflict with information LRPD has on their city website and most all emails that are sent out from the department.

Undaunted, Rose responded and again requested the perhaps Nelson/Edwards himself could be interviewed.

As you can see, Nelson/Edwards said no. So much for their #copaganda posted on their webpage.

By coincidence, I happened to be at LRPD HQ on December 11, 2020. I was there picking up a FOI response.

When I arrived I observed a KATV vehicle parked in front of LRPD HQ, and when I was granted access to the building, I observed a female reporter and a male cameraman.

They were in the front lobby.

I walked past them to walk down the hall to go to the records counter around the corner.

While waiting to be handed the records I requested, I heard a commotion and started recording.

The video shows Nelson/Edwards and a KATV cameraman going back toward the chief's conference room. The female reporter was not with them. The cameraman has a worried look on his face.

Yes that's a moldy hole in the ceiling

After I was provided with the records I requested, I left the building.  Just outside of the entrance, I observed the female KATV reporter. She was talking on her cellphone and appeared very distraught.

I can't say for sure that it was Rose as she had a mask on and to the best of my knowledge I've never met her.

The LRPD chief was featured on several newscasts that evening taking about the violent crime in the city. The delusional chief made the comment that "Little Rock isn't dangerous."

Then a few days later KATV was still trying to get an interview with the chief, Nelson/Edwards or any warn body from LRPD.

Notice that Nelson/Edwards is still avoiding giving KATV an interview and mentions that Rose made a complaint against him.

We sent a FOI request to LRPD asking for video from their CCTV system and any complaints filed about Edwards.

LRPD refused to provide the video from their CCTV system showing me, the KATV folks and Edwards as well as the complaint Rose made about hi.

One thing is certain, Little Rock is a very dangerous place and the chief and Edwards are not fit for their positions.

###

When Nelson/Edwards was hired the chief let him know I was a problem for him. Edwards contacted a mutual friend in law enforcement. That friend told him I was good at my job and would expose anyone that was doing wrong and with the receipts.

Well Nelson/Edwards, what he told you was 100% correct.

You might be wondering why we are referring to him as Nelson/Edward's, well apparently his real last name is Nelson and his alter ego/fake name is Edwards.

###

KATV has been posting about all the violent crimes on social media. They also tried to get records about the lying Brady Cops in the LRPD ranks and were told no records exist.

We posted a list from records obtained from LRPD. That list is available here and here.
