Our allegations about the beleagured Chief Humphrey are addressed by other media outlets - Those outlets identify a leak at LRPD

On Tuesday May 12th, we posted about the LRPD's Chief Keef getting caught early in the morning of April 3rd at his side-chick's house. We also detailed serious issues with her pending employment under Chief Keef at LRPD. You can view our post by clicking here.

On Wednesday May 13th, Chief Keef and our May 12th post were discussed on a talk show on KARN during an interview with City Direct Lance Hines.

Hines stated that he has no confidence in Little Rock Police Chief Keith Humphrey. He went on to say“This latest issue is very concerning and I am not confident that our police chief can continue to lead our department." He added,
“My confidence in our police chief is not there” and that “There is a quite a bit dysfunction going on in the leadership.”

KATV aired a story about what City Director Hines was putting out about lawsuits filed against Chief Keef and his personal financial issues, issues we exposed in a post back on April 12th. You can view that post by clicking here.
City Director Capi Peck was also featured expressing her unfavorable position about Chief Keef  in a live-stream on Facebook.

On May 14th, KARK and FOX16 aired this story that was a line by line read of our breaking May 12th story.

The story that aired on the sister stations revealed that it was one of Chief Keef's crew, Kevin Sexson,  that caught him trying to slip away from his sleep over at Karen Hunter's (his side-chick) WLR home, just blocks away from the NW Police Substation.

According to sources, Sexson was responding to a "dead body call" in Hunters neighborhood and recognized Chief Keef's city issued ride backed into her driveway.

The MVR (mobile video recorder) documented Sexson's discovery of the chief's vehicle and his interaction with the chief.

Sexson has a history of disciplinary problems at LRPD and his own issues with personal finances.

Sexson is also one of  the many mercenary LRPD cops as he lives in Hot Springs, in Garland County.

More than half of all LRPD cops refuse to live in Little Rock because of crime and schools.

Around 80% of all white LRPD cops live outside Little Rock.

Residency of LRPD cops and take-home cars that give free rides to and from work for the mercenary cops are a serious issues that must be addressed and will no doubt be a hot topic in this years city board election.

###

One thing these media outlets fail to mention is that in addition to all the lawsuits other cops have filed against Chief Keef, we have four filed against him concerning FOI violations and more being filed as soon as the Circuit Court opens back up.

LRPD mercenary cops want the beleaguered chief gone - A case of the pot calling the kettle black

Around 70% of all LRPD cops refuse to live in Little Rock due to crime and schools

The Little Rock Fraternal Order of the Popo sent a letter out to its members and they want the beleaguered Chief Keef gone.  Well, that's probably the first and last thing we will ever agree on with the LRFOP. Unless it's to disband the LRFOP.

These slime-balls got their panties in a wad when Chief Keef fired the terminal fuck-up, whiny ass, killer cop Charles Starks.

This klanish organization is led by a piece of shit, lying ass motherfucker named Ronnie Morgan.

Morgan is a documented liar (see our LRPD Liars List by clicking here) and has no business being a certified law enforcement officer.

Their previous president is even stinker than the present one.

LRFOP VP Erik Temple is a piece of work as well.

Erik Temple

Chris Ringgold - a not so undercover cop

Why the city of Little Rock has contract negations with these lying cocksuckers defies reason.

In order to repair confidence in and clean up LRPD,  cops like these have to go and so does the LRFOP.

More problems surface for the beleaguered LR Police Chief

LRPD Chief Keith Humphrey and his alleged side chick and fellow deadbeat Karen Hunter

If multiple lawsuits filed by underlings and a journalist for numerous Freedom of Information violations was not enough, grab some popcorn and take a seat.

We have previously posted about the lawsuits filed against Chief Humphrey by several LRPD employees and the city of Little Rock as well that the multiple lawsuits we have pending against him for Freedom of information violations.

You can read those posts:

We also broke the story about Chief's financial problems and resulting lawsuits.
Click here to view that story.

Perhaps you will see a new filing regarding a domestic relations action filed in Norman, OK.

Multiple sources report that sweat pants wearing Humphrey was video recorded coming out of the residence of Karen Hunter at approximately 6:30 a.m. on Friday,  April 3rd.

Humphrey had his city owned black Chevrolet Tahoe backed into the drive way of the home Hunter leases on Nichols Road.

Chief Keef's city issued ride

Chief Keef's love shack?

We obtained positive proof of this but due to protection of our confidential sources we agreed to not post or share the video evidence.

Humphrey has recommended that Hunter be selected to fill a position at LRPD that deals with the 80 million dollar budget of the department.

Hunter being selected for that position is extremely problematic.

The most obvious problem is her alleged relationship with a married Humphrey.

Like Humphrey, Hunter has personal financial problems that would prevent her from being hired as a bank teller, much less someone with access to 80 million dollars.

A couple of months ago a default judgment was obtained against Hunter here in Pulaski County Circuit Court back in February.

Hunter failed to pay her credit card bill at Lane Bryant.

With this on her record, Hunter could not get a job as a bank teller.

Hunter having access to funds at LRPD places those funds in jeopardy.

Hunter also has a warrant out for her arrest from District Court here in Little Rock.

Hunter was cited back in December 2018 for driving on a suspended license (more on that later).

Hunter pleaded guilty and was fined $375.

Hunter has only paid $100. So a warrant was issued for her arrest.

That suspended license matter stems from another traffic stop that occurred back in in Arkadelphia, AR.

She failed to appear in that case and a warrant was issued for her arrest and her drivers license was suspended.

Hunter was served with the warrant on May 11th and has a court date set for May 27th in Arkadelphia.

Hunter lies a couple of times on her application for the job at LRPD.

Hunter provides false information on her city job application.

Hunter states she has a driver's license when it's actually suspended (see form and active court cases above).

Hunter states she is a Vice President at Philander Smith College and second in command of the Student Affairs Office when she is in fact an Administrative Assistant, a/k/a/ secretary.

Hunter has the balls to states she has professional level experience with financial management, budget activities and law or regulations.

Her legal problems exhibit the opposite.

Perhaps her failure to pay her obligations and scofflaw attitude make her a perfect match for Humphrey.

What is clear is that both of them do not need to be city employees.

⧫⧫⧫

Another issue with Hunter is her failure to provide her change of address (from her mother's home at 3018 Lehigh Drive LR to 2022 Nichols Road) to the Department of Finance & Administration for her driver's license and to the Secretary of State for her voter registration.  Same goes for her personal property assessment.

Another lawsuit filed against the LRPD Chief by employees

Four more LRPD employees have filed a lawsuit against bemired LRPD Chief Keef Humphrey.

The lawsuit centers on a refusal to provide the Plaintiff's copies of their own personnel files and a hostile work environment created by the mercenary, lying, financially troubled police chief.

The lawsuit states that CLR HS Labor & Employee Relations Manager, "Dr." Sheila Atlas-Evans refused to hand over copies of personnel files and init=tate an investigation of Cheif Keef.

We have previously posted about "Dr." Atlas. She obtained her fake doctorate from a known diploma mill. She once refused to take a verbal FOI request from us. You can read that post by clicking here.

The lawsuit also stated that city of Little Rock Human Resources Director Stacey Witherall attempted to cajole one of the Defendant's to drop his request for his file and complaint against Chief Keef.

The lawsuit also brands Humphrey as a liar. We knew that already as we have documented numerous lies he has told.

We have several lawsuits against Chief Keef and the Mayor over FOI violations that could result in the mayor being removed from office for nonfeasance.

It's time for the feckless mayor to fire Humphrey and hire a new chief from within the department.

Second Assistant Chief and another officer file an employment discrimination lawsuit against the LRPD Chief and the city of Little Rock

Less than a week after LRPD Assistant Chief Hayward Finks and two other officers filed their employment discrimination lawsuit against Chief Humphrey and the city of Little Rock,  Assistant Chief Alice Fulk and Lt. Cristina Plummer filed a  similar lawsuit.

Like the lawsuit filed back on April 22nd by Assistant Chief Finks, this lawsuit claims that Chief Humphrey took out his frustrations on Assistant Chief Fulk and Lt. Cristina Plummer and his actions took the for of discrimination.

Humphrey also yelled at Fulk and locked her out of areas others in the command staff had access to.

Fulk's lawsuit also mentioned Humphrey's financial problems (the ones we exposed) and his residency issue (the one we exposed).

Fulk was by far the best candidate for the LRPD Chief position, but was not chosen by the feckless mayor Frank Scott the junior.

Stay tuned for updates.

LRPD conducting an internal investigation into questionable vehicle chase that resulted in a civilian death.

LRPD cops involved in vehicle chase on April 26th

LRPD has opened an internal investigation into a vehicle chase that resulted in the death of an innocent citizen.

The investigation was revealed in a LRPD response to a FOI request made for records regarding the questionable chase.

The narrative from the incident report gives little detailed information and the city refuses to release the 911 call(s), radio traffic and mobile video recordings ("MVR") from police vehicles that might shed more light into what happened.

The complete incident report can be viewed by clicking here.

LRPD has a history of getting innocent folks killed by chasing vehicles through the city which led to an overhaul of their pursuit policy back in 2015.

The complete police can be viewed by clicking here.
LRPD also violated the Arkansas Freedom of Information Act by refusing to release the 911 call, radio traffic and MVR footage.

We will be filing yet another AFOIA Denial of Rights lawsuit against the mayor and the police chief.

LRPD also violated the AFOIA by releasing information about an undercover LRPD officer.

Schisler is a sketchy fuck of a cop. He was and still is a narc that was involved with a lying snitch to create fake drug cases.

Schisler's corrupt ass was exposed in the no-knock scandal that rocked LRPD in 2018.

Time has not been kind to Dalton or to racist old city director Joan Adcock.

Stay tuned for updates.
