Employees of the the MacArthur Museum of Arkansas Military History blame us for confederate idol vandalism and removal - Make the check payable to cash Bruce

Russ Racop
July 4, 2020

We were the first new media organization to post on June 15th about the social action taken against the traitorous confederate idol on city of Little Rock owned land in MacArthur Park.

We ran a story on June 19th that featured exclusive video and photos of the early morning (3 a.m.) removal of the traitor soldier from the base of the idol. Click here for that story.

We have a multitude of field reporters that help us break stories weeks before main stream media and receive hundreds of tips a week about goings on in the city and at Little Rock city hall.

Our data base of records allow us to have information ready at a moments notice that other media sources envy.

Records obtained from the city reveal that a couple of employees of the the MacArthur Museum of Arkansas Military History blame us for confederate idol vandalism and removal.

Isgrig is a documented drunkard and a fan of detective fiction.

Then this fool chimed in.

Stephan McAteer

Here is the live stream video I made on Facebook on June 5th that McAteer mentions in his accusatory email.

We suspect that we have had more folks watch that video and read our post about the piss stain on the idol than has visited the museum in the last year or longer.

As stated in the June 19th story, I received information from a highly placed Little Rock city hall source (at 4:33 p.m. on June 15th) that reported "that the confederate statue in MacArthur Park had been tagged over the weekend".

I called my associate Chief Ean Lee Bordeaux (at 4:44 p.m. on June 15th) and apprised him of the social action and he rushed to take photos.

Ean arrived before I did and was able to speak with and record an interview (included in the June 19th story) with a man that had been doing some power washing at the museum and had been asked to try and wash off the traitor idol.

I can document my whereabouts and my activities the entire day of June 15th.

I don't make statements I cannot back up with facts and documents, as these two fuckwads will soon find out.

The city is facing a lawsuit over several actions they tried to take dealing with my activities as a journalist.

The first was the external hard drive that was given to me in response to a FOI request.

The city falsely claimed I "hacked" the hard drive to revel thousand of files, some containing sensitive and exempt from FOI request information.

Then the beleaguered, lying police chief attempted to bring charges against me in retaliation for exposing his corrupt ass. That story was covered by the Arkansas Democrat-Gazette and The Arkansas Times

Now this incident with the city run museum.

I have two lawyers working on the lawsuit and they await a per-litigation settlement conference with the city attorney.

Meanwhile, we await a FOI response from the city for employment records and emails from the museum staff.

The Feckless Mayor exploits social action to save face.

LR Parks & Rec employees remove the sole confederate statute on city owned land in darkness

Russ Racop
June, 19, 2020

For the last three years, Ean Bordeaux Lee (publisher of Corruption Sucks Blog) and I attempted to work with the city manager and city attorney to and get the sole confederate idol on city of Little Rock owned land in MacArthur Park removed.

You can view our post from August 2017 by clicking here.

Issues with an agreement the city entered into with the State of Arkansas to obtain $100,000.00 to replace a rotting porch on the Military Museum proved to be a hurdle to overcome as it requires to State of Arkansas to agree to the removal of the confederate idol.

We even encouraged departing Mayor Stodola in his last appearance at a Little Rock Board of Directors meeting to used his last two weeks ion office to get the confederate idol removed.

The State did not believe that the statute needed to be removed and that was the end of that. The State holds all the cards due to the 2017 agreement.

Forward to the present day and the uprising occurring all over the USA and the world.

As other cities were removing similar statues, we made posts on social media about the lack of concern by city leaders and so called activists about the confederate idol.

Then on Monday of this week, we learned that the confederate idol had been "attacked".

When our sources at city hall altered us to the social action, we rushed to the park and took photos.

Bordeaux was able to interview the man asked to try and clean off the idol.

The feckless mayor jumped into action without consulting any of the Board of Directors or the city attorney and ordered city Parks & Rec workers to report to work at 3 am and remove the bronze soldier and board up the base.

Here is exclusive video of the removal.

Then the mayor issued a press release and made social media posts.

The feckless mayor exploited the social action made against the confederate idol to try and save face over the huge blunder he made when he joined in with protestors, led them on a march down Capitol Avenue and bolted for his bodyguards vehicle when water balloons were tossed at him. Feckless Frank left the bamboozled protestors at the mercy of mercenary forces attacking them with illegal gas and rubber bullets.

The next day he apologized to his handlers calling it a "mistake; a lapse of judgment."  He had the gall to say he went there in a "spirit of protection".

So you see that Feckless Frank way was hell bent on exploiting the directed social action of the confederate idol.

The Arkansas Times reported that the State of Arkansas is looking to relocate that idol.

Perhaps they will put it next to the one on the State Capitol grounds or next to the one at Old State House. Those need to come down as well.

If they are not tossed into the Arkansas River, they should be moved to the confederate cemetery on Springer Boulevard where the traitors are buried and the idols can rest with them there.

Is the LRPD Chief mentally unstable?

Does Chief Keef have bats in his belfry?
By Russ Racop
June 15, 2020

Recent actions by the beleaguered LRPD Chief give cause for concerns about the state of his mental health.

We broke the story about his financial problems he attempted to conceal when hired by the feckless Little Rock Mayor.

Humphrey stated he "settled" with two credit card companies over defaulted payments totaling over $30,000.

Never seen a legal settlement result in a judgment. Usually a settlement results in the dismissal of a lawsuit.

His own filings in the cases denies he owed any funds at all.

His filings, after hired here,  list his residence as being in Norman, OK.

Humphrey has rented an apartment in the SOMA area, but his wife has not relocated to Little Rock.

We pointed out that discrepancy in a follow up post

Then we broke the story of his being observed by one of his employees leaving the home of his side-chick that happened to be his choice for a high-paying position at his department dealing with the $80 million dollar LRPD budget.

Like Humphrey, his side-chick had her own problems with debts, suspended driver's license and false information on her application of employment to the city.

Then you have the multiple lawsuits filed against him by underlings and complaints of harassment by females and you see a serious problem with his continued employment.

We have four active lawsuits against Humphrey for AFOIA violations with many others waiting to be filed when the Circuit Courts open back up.

If all this was not enough to question his mental state and fitness to head LRPD, the Arkansas Democrat-Gazette uncovered a failed attempt of his to have a journalist (me) charged with harassment for exposing and covering corruption in city government and at his department.

The Arkansas Times also reported on that ill-fated attempt of targeting a journalist.

Emails between Chief Keef and myself reveal his inability to maintain a professional demeanor and control his mouth (those will be added to this post shortly).

Just last week, Humphrey attempted to violate my First Amendment Rights, prior to the start of a Civil Service Commission meeting where I had appealed the slap-on-the wrist discipline of LRPD cop Brad Stewart.

In an email after the feckless LR mayor attempted to violate my rights at City Hall last year...

...Humphrey dared me to say "fuck you" to his face. He got his wish last week.

By the way, ole Feckless Frank in named in those AFOI lawsuits as a Defendant too.

There are reports that he has harassed at least three females that a city employees.

We made a verbal request for any and all complaints made about Humphrey without regard to the outcome of any investigation or disciplinary action.

  Stayed tuned for updates.

***UPDATE-06/15/20-6:30PM***

Local TV stations reported on a heated exchange that occurred at the State Capitol today between the chief of the State Capitol Police and the beleaguered LRPD chief.

It's clear that Humphrey has to go.

Mayor Scott needs to send him packing.

LRPD Officer Kendall Harper posts a video on social media supporting and encouraging protestors.

LRPD Officer Kendall Duane Harper

By Russ Racop
June 6, 2020

In a bold move that will surely incur the wrath of  his chain of command and the racist LRFOP, Kendall Harper, who is assigned to the Major Crimes/Robbery unit at the 12th Street substation,  posted a video on social media in which he stated "I am a black man first" and that he supported the protestors and encouraged individuals to come to Little Rock and join in.

Harper, 35, resides in North Little Rock, which makes him a mercenary cop like 70% of cops on  the Little Rock Police Department.

What does Harper think of his brothers in blue that on on the Liar's List?

Does he speak out against the many officers that he works with that have violated use the LRPD use of force policy?

Stay tuned for updates.

Our allegations about the beleagured Chief Humphrey are addressed by other media outlets - Those outlets identify a leak at LRPD

On Tuesday May 12th, we posted about the LRPD's Chief Keef getting caught early in the morning of April 3rd at his side-chick's house. We also detailed serious issues with her pending employment under Chief Keef at LRPD. You can view our post by clicking here.

On Wednesday May 13th, Chief Keef and our May 12th post were discussed on a talk show on KARN during an interview with City Direct Lance Hines.

Hines stated that he has no confidence in Little Rock Police Chief Keith Humphrey. He went on to say“This latest issue is very concerning and I am not confident that our police chief can continue to lead our department." He added,
“My confidence in our police chief is not there” and that “There is a quite a bit dysfunction going on in the leadership.”

KATV aired a story about what City Director Hines was putting out about lawsuits filed against Chief Keef and his personal financial issues, issues we exposed in a post back on April 12th. You can view that post by clicking here.
City Director Capi Peck was also featured expressing her unfavorable position about Chief Keef  in a live-stream on Facebook.

On May 14th, KARK and FOX16 aired this story that was a line by line read of our breaking May 12th story.

The story that aired on the sister stations revealed that it was one of Chief Keef's crew, Kevin Sexson,  that caught him trying to slip away from his sleep over at Karen Hunter's (his side-chick) WLR home, just blocks away from the NW Police Substation.

According to sources, Sexson was responding to a "dead body call" in Hunters neighborhood and recognized Chief Keef's city issued ride backed into her driveway.

The MVR (mobile video recorder) documented Sexson's discovery of the chief's vehicle and his interaction with the chief.

Sexson has a history of disciplinary problems at LRPD and his own issues with personal finances.

Sexson is also one of  the many mercenary LRPD cops as he lives in Hot Springs, in Garland County.

More than half of all LRPD cops refuse to live in Little Rock because of crime and schools.

Around 80% of all white LRPD cops live outside Little Rock.

Residency of LRPD cops and take-home cars that give free rides to and from work for the mercenary cops are a serious issues that must be addressed and will no doubt be a hot topic in this years city board election.

###

One thing these media outlets fail to mention is that in addition to all the lawsuits other cops have filed against Chief Keef, we have four filed against him concerning FOI violations and more being filed as soon as the Circuit Court opens back up.
