WHERE DO LRPD TAKE-HOME VEHICLES GO? - EPISODE 27: OFFICER SETH THOMAS

OFFICER SETH THOMAS DRIVES AN UNMARKED VEHICLE TO AND FROM HIS HOME IN SALINE COUNTY
OFFICER SETH MICHAEL THOMAS

In 2018 we spent $1,913.99 on fuel for Thomas' take-home vehicle.

LRPD and the city of Little Rock refused to provide us information regarding the city where the take-home cars go. So much for being transparent and open.

They provided it last year and you can read our post about that by clicking here.
Since they refuse to provide the information (the take home city is what we requested), we will post where these vehicles are actually going (their address which was not requested and is exempt under the AFOIA) and how much we pay for the fuel to provide transportation for these officers to drive to and from their homes each day.

More than half of all LRPD officers refuse to live in the city of Little Rock and be a true part of our community.

Many LRPD officers that have take-home vehicles use them to drive to and from off-duty jobs where they moonlight at security for merchants and direct traffic at churches on Sundays.

We believe this violates certain state laws and will be filing complaints with the Arkansas Ethics Commission concerning this illegal activity.

All the information used in this post is public information, readily available from the internet or from a Freedom of Information Request.   We used the interwebs in this instance.

Henderson was part of the initial body guard team for our feckless and frightened mayor. You can read about that by clicking here.

He racked up $3,250.80 for 84 OT hours in April and May protecting Feckless Frank.

He needs the cash to keep out of court for more debts.

Clements was suspended back in 2012 for violation of several LRPD General Orders and Rules & Regulations concerning his operation of a LRPD vehicle.

###

Kewpie Doll Clements seems to fancy big trucks to compensate for something.

He also made some posts that violated the LRPD General Orders.

It's funny that LRPD Officers claim they can police our way out of crime when more than half of them refuse to live inthe city due to crime and schools.

Fucking hypocrites.

Clements has a big family and lives in a white privileged area of the city (82% white).

###

Sgt. Leavy has a side business, a massage parlor.

HOW ABOUT A HAPPY ENDING?

Sgt. Leavy was taken to court over failure to pay for a city license for his massage parlor.

Sgt. Leavy had his certification to operate his massage parlor revoked due to non-payment of fees. If he is still operating, he is doing so in violation of the law.

Sgt. Leavy had a lien filed against him by the Arkansas Department of Finance and Administration for non-payment of state income taxes when due.

As you can see, Sgt. Leavy does not like to follow the laws and pay fees and taxes. Or his credit card bills either.

Sgt. Leavy has a history of being trying to avoid paying his debts.

This is problematic for him as all of this behavior violates LRPD General Orders.

Oh, Sgt. Leavy killed a man too.
