Where do LRPD take-home vehicles go? Episode 57: Capt. Crystal Young- Haskins

Captain Crystal Young-Haskins drives an unmarked car to her home outside Little Rock

LRPD 12th Street Substation Captain Crystal Young-Haskins

Like almost 70% of all LRPD officers, Capt. Young-Haskins is a mercenary officer, one that refuses to live in the city that employs them.

These mercenary officers choose to not be a true part of the community and support it by being a resident, paying property taxes that support our schools and local government.

So we give her an unmarked, leased vehicle to drive to and from her home in Jacksonville to work in Little Rock as a mercenary police officer and we pay for the fuel.

In 2017 we spent $1,716.62 on fuel for Young-Haskins' take-home vehicle.

In 2018 we spent $1,875.98 on fuel for Young-Haskin' take-home vehicle.

LRPD and the city of Little Rock refused to provide us information regarding the city where the take-home cars go. So much for being transparent and open.

They provided it last year and you can read our post about that by clicking here.

Since they refuse to provide the information (the take home city is what we requested), we will post where these vehicles are actually going (their address which was not requested and is exempt under the AFOIA) and how much we pay for the fuel to provide transportation for these officers to drive to and from their homes each day.

More than half of all LRPD officers refuse to live in the city of Little Rock and be a true part of our community. Those are mercenary officers.

Most all of the LRPD take-home vehicles go to homes outside of Little Rock.

Many LRPD officers that have take-home vehicles use them to drive to and from off-duty jobs where they moonlight at security for merchants and direct traffic at churches on Sundays.

We believe this violates certain state laws and will be filing complaints with the Arkansas Ethics Commission concerning this illegal activity.

Where do LRPD take-home vehicles go? Episode 56: Officer Christopher S. Johnson

LRPD Officer Christopher S. Johnson drives an unmarked, leased vehicle home

LRPD Officer Christopher S. Johnson

Like most other white LRPD officers and Little Rock Fraternal Order of Police members, Johnson refuses to live in the city that employs him.

So we give him an unmarked, leased vehicle to drive to and from his home in Maumelle to work in Little Rock as a mercenary police officer and we pay for the fuel.

In 2017 we spent $975.75 on fuel for Johnson's take-home vehicle.

LRPD refuses to provide fuel records for leased vehicles. That will land them back in court and they will be ordered to provide them.

Johnson's current wife is Rebecca Morgan Styles Johnson. He is 51 and she is 33. When she calls him daddy it has a special meaning.

She is also employed by LRPD as a crime scene tech.

Apparently they had a little something-something going on which led to her divorce back in May 2013. She married married Johnson a short time later in September 2013.

Where do LRPD take-home vehicles go? Episode 55: Officer Ronald Morgan - Why is this liar still a police officer?

Documented liar and mercenary officer Ronnie Morgan drives a marked vehicle home

LRPD Officer Ronald Gene Morgan (2015)

Morgan - when he still had some hair (2013)
Morgan (2019)

Like most other white LRPD officers and Little Rock Fraternal Order of Police members, Morgan refuses to live in the city that employs him.

So we give him a marked LRPD vehicle to drive to and from his home in Saline County to work in Little Rock as a mercenary police officer and we pay for the fuel.

In 2018 we spent $3,154.54 on fuel for Morgan's take-home vehicle.

According to records provided to us by LRPD last year, Morgan had the same vehicle and had his residence in Saline County. They did not provide his fuel costs.

Morgan is one of the many LRPD officer's on our Liars List.

It is unfathomably that officers like Morgan can remain on our police force, draw a retirement and an unused vacation payout.

Morgan has an interesting discipline record as well.

Morgan's wife dumped him in 2017. Wonder why it took her so long to come to her senses?

An deposition she filed stated that he had committed indignities and been so cruel to her and made her life so intolerable she could no longer live with or remain married to him.

Morgan is the current president of the Little Rock Fraternal Order of Police.

The LRFOP likes to have liars as their leader. Their immediate past president, John "SmackMyBitchUp" Gilchrest is one too.

It's time for tainted officers like Morgan and Gilchrest to go.

Where do LRPD take-home vehicles go? Episode 54: Officer Sarah Rachel Hicks

LRPD officer Sarah Rachel Hicks drives an unmarked vehicle home

Hicks is one of the mercenary officers that LRPD and the city claims to live in Little Rock simply because she has a Little Rock mailing address.

Hicks does not reside within the city limits of Little Rock as her voter registration details - she cannot vote in any city elections.

Taxes from her personal property do not fund her salary or city public schools.

As you can see, Hicks uses her city of Little Rock email address for personal business. You can be sure that we have requested copies of her emails and attachments.

Hicks drives an unmarked, leased vehicle to and from work/home and LRPD has refused to provide fuel costs for her vehicle.

Hick's is currently involved in a civil lawsuit that centers around her filing a false report and lying in a hearing.

Hicks was, and probably still is, involved in a nasty custody battle with another LRPD officer, Tabitha McCrillis-Carter-Gurley (one of the officers involved in the homicide of Eugene Ellison).

They were once in a "domestic partnership" but that went sour and they parted.

***
That case wound up going to the appeals court.

Stay tuned for updates about that civil case.
