Did Dennis Rainey, follower of Jesus Christ and co-founder of FamilyLife, pay his disciples to cut down 100 trees from government owned land to improve his view of Lake Maumelle?

If trees are in your way - pay not pray to get them out of the way

According to a report filed with the Pulaski County Sheriff's office on May 14th, Dennis Rainey hired six men to clear trees on property he did not own. The trees were on land owned by Central Arkansas Water.

Rainey's home is located at 20325 Spillway Road.

The land were the trees were cut sits between his property and the Lake Maumelle, a water reservoir for the City of Little Rock.

KARK has this video posted on YouTube about the criminal act.

Raven Lawson - Central Arkansas Water

Raven Lawson, Watershed Protection Manager with Central Arkansas Water, stated that “We don’t take things like this lightly. The tops of the trees look like something out of the Lorax,” said Raven Lawson with Central Arkansas Water.

The Lorax is a children's book written by Dr. Seuss and published in 1971. It chronicles the plight of the environment and the Lorax, who "speaks for the trees" and confronts the Once-ler, who causes environmental destruction.

Lawson says she has received around 50 emails and dozens of phone calls from hikers upset about damage.

She says after further evaluation, they believe 100 trees were either cut down illegally or had the tops of them shaved off because the homeowner wanted to view Lake Maumelle which was blocked by the trees.

“The view to the lake could definitely be increased– the view to Pinnacle mountain could be increased… there’s definitely a lot of nature that could produce million dollar views out here,” said Lawson.

They believe most of the trees will die, and the ones that did not will take years to grow back.

Apparently Rainey is an author and has been involved in some religious organizations. One thing for certain is that he is not an environmentalist.

The self-entitled prick Dennis Rainey is like the Once-ler in the Dr. Seuss book and the Pharisee in this verse:

Luke 18:9-14

He also told this parable to some who trusted in themselves that they were righteous, and treated others with contempt: “Two men went up into the temple to pray, one a Pharisee and the other a tax collector. The Pharisee, standing by himself, prayed thus: ‘God, I thank you that I am not like other men, extortioners, unjust, adulterers, or even like this tax collector. I fast twice a week; I give tithes of all that I get.’ But the tax collector, standing far off, would not even lift up his eyes to heaven, but beat his breast, saying, ‘God, be merciful to me, a sinner!’ ...

We hope they throw the book at him.

Little Rock mayor's brother saved from prison by mental defect

Darrell Lamont Scott - Not guilty due to mental defect

Russ Racop - May 11, 2021

In July 2020, we reported about the arrest of Darrell Scott, the brother of the Little Rock mayor, for auto theft and kidnapping.

You can read that post by clicking here.

Pulaski County Circuit Judge Cathleen Compton found Scott not guilty by reason of mental disease or defect on Monday, May 10th and committed him to the Arkansas State Hospital.

Court records show that the Pulaski County Prosecuting Attorney wanted Scott to be registered as a sex offender.

Watching the city board meeting tonight and the last month, makes one wonder if
the mayor suffers from a mental defect as well.

LRPD chief caught in another lie

Russ Racop - April 27, 2021

Yesterday we made a post that included a memo that a confidential source inside LRPD provided to use back on April 19th.

We posted that memo on social media on April 19th and April 20th.

Today Max Brantley with the Arkansas Times posted on the Arkansas Blog about our story.

Brantley posted comment Chief Keef made about the incident.

Brantley wrote that Chief Keef later updated that message.

We suspect that Chief Keef was at one of his side-chicks house when he got a text message about the 23rd killing of the year.

Note what he said in his first message...

That is a lie.

As previously mentioned, one of his trusted employees sent us his April 19th memorandum as soon as they received it. Our posts prove that.

His mercenary cops leak information to us on a daily basis.

One of our field reporters sent us that photo of him and his grotty feet.

And a pedicure won't fix the grotty foot problem Chief Keef.

And this photo shows that Chief Keef says "fuck the mask" and defies the mask mandate his boss Feckless Frank has in place.

We must point out the LRPD follows us on social media and have individuals assigned to make records of our activities.

You can see that LRPD follows us on Twitter, but we don't follow them.

Brantley also posted an update of the memo we first reported about on April 19th after receiving if from one of his mercenary cops.

Chief Keef is done here as police chief. He needs to move on to another position while he can.

If he hangs around to long he might end up in a shit-hole like Syracuse, NY and loose his certification like Kenton Tremar Buckner and have to be a civilian police chief, if any city will take him.

Do what I say not what I do - Rules that the LRPD chief has for his cops don't apply to him

Web Analytics
Russ Racop - April 26, 2021

On April 19th, the frazzled LRPD police chief sent out a memorandum to his mercenary police force that gives us a glimpse at the low morale and internal conflict at LRPD.

As the memo states, "All LRPD must present a professional demeanor and professional appearance...".

So when Chief Keef made an appearance at the 23rd killing of the year for Little Rock - a city that he states isn't dangerous and doesn't have a gun problem - we were surprised at his failure to adhere to his own orders about presenting a professional appearance.

Citizens and members of the Little Rock Board of Directors have questioned his continued employment.

Humphrey's continuing problems with personal finances (we broke that story last year - click here to view it) that have no resulted in four lawsuits (and three judgments) against him and is an embarrassment to the city.

LRPD cops have been fired for the same thing and it has prevent individuals from becoming a police recruit.

Humphrey had been found to be in contempt of a court order and that has gotten LRPD cops suspended or fired.

And then there is that "early morning trip" to the home of his applicant of choice for an administrative position under him, to personally "deliver a police report".

But the feckless Little Rock mayor does not see a problem.

When the police union, racist or not, tells the mayor and city board they have no confidence in Humphrey's ability to lead LRPD, that is a major problem.

The lawsuits LRPD cops have filed against him and the one he has filed against LRPD cops and companies that do business with the city is another red flag.

If the feckless mayor really wants to rebuild Little Rock, the first step is to fire his lousy choice for police chief and appoint a new one from the ranks.

Russ Racop - April 21, 2021

A LRPD civilian employee at the call center posted on her personal Facebook page a scathing resignation letter she sent to the LRPD Communications Director Kimberly Green.

The letter details several incidents that point to Green and other employees at the call center creating a Hostile Work Environment.

We asked LRPD spokesman Mark Nelson, who uses the alias Mark Edwards for a comment.

We don't expect him to reply.

Stay tuned for updates.

Video shows Ward 6 City Director Doris Wright rushing away from a stricken colleague

LR City Director Doris Wright refuses to offer aid or comfort to a fellow board member at the April 6, 2021 Board of Directors meeting. She runs away as other board members and city employees rush to help.

Video from the local ABC affiliate confirms that Wright ran away without offering any assistance.

We are surprised she left her snacks on the table. Maybe that's why she came back.
