A fund raiser to help feckless mayor Frank Scott, Jr. retire his campaign debt was held yesterday in the whitest area of Little Rock by group of white privileged individuals (one black couple was thrown in for diversity) at Cheers in the Heights. It's a little dinky spot.
Records filed with the Pulaski County Circuit Clerk indicate that Scott as of Monday night had a campaign debt of almost $40,000. Down from $75k from the end of March.
Scott received contributions from political action committees and mainly white folks (connected to the Chamber of Commerce) from January through March to get rid of his debt.
If the 22,668 folks that elected Feckless Frank to office would contribute only $1.75 each, he could retire his debt and have $106.64 to take himself and two of his LRPD bodyguard to lunch at Copper Grill.
These are photos of the white privileged socialites(there was one token black couple tossed in for diversity) that held the event. We don't recall them ever attending a board meeting in the last three years or so when we were there, except for ole Nate Coulter who was there not too long ago to support the destruction of downtown Little Rock by supporting the expansion of I-30.

Was Feckless Frank able to raise the funds to retire his campaign debt?
We will have to look for a campaign disclousure filing in the upcoming days to determine that.
Was Feckless Frank driven and protected by his LRPD bodyguards at public expense at his private fundraiser?
Probably.
