WHERE DO LRPD VEHICLES GO? - EPISODE 23: RANDY DEARING

OFFICER DEARING DRIVES AN UNMARKED VEHICLE TO HIS HOME IN SALINE COUNTY
LRPD MERCENARY OFFICER RANDY ALLEN DEARING

In 2018 we spent $1,176.56 on fuel for Dearing's take-home vehicle.

LRPD and the city of Little Rock refused to provide us information regarding city where the take-home cars go. So much for being transparent and open.

They provided it last year and you can read our post about that by clicking here.
Since they refuse to provide the information (the take home city is what we requested), we will post where these vehicles are actually going (their address which was not requested and is exempt under the AFOIA) and how much we pay for the fuel to provide transportation for these officers to drive to and from their homes each day.

More than half of all LRPD officers refuse to live in the city of Little Rock and be a true part of our community.

Dearing is one of those mercenary officers.

Many LRPD officers that have take-home vehicles use them to drive to and from off-duty jobs where they moonlight at security for merchants and direct traffic at churches on Sundays.

We believe this violates certain state laws and will be filing complaints with the Arkansas Ethics Commission concerning this illegal activity.

In 2016 and 2017 Dearing violated LRPD General Orders 118 by posting photos that used his LRPD uniform hat as a prop and with him in his uniform. He did not ask nor did he receive permission to post photos using his LRPD uniform (LRPD changed that policy after our first lawsuit against them).

Dearing now sports a beard.

Miller has had his share of discipline problems.

Last year Miller was one of a handful of LRPD Mercenary officers that did not want his photo released.

This was amusing in that he had been a public information officer and had appeared on television news broadcasts and had his photo plastered all over LRPD's social media sites. Even with his wife and daughter.

We got those photos as you know.

Miller cheated on his wife before they had a child and were divorced.

Miller and his ex remarried in 2011.

Let's hope he can keep in in his pants this go round.

Happy 4th of July! Let Freedom and Transparency ring.

Back in 2012 Oncken was suspend for recklessly driving his patrol vehicle down a log trail damaging it and uttering profanity. The 2012 letter mentions he was previously disciplined for multiple violations of using profanity.

He was suspended for using profanity again in 2014 and ordered to go to counseling.
